Apr 25, 2025Wonderful spot for a smaller group.
I have been to a lot of all inclusives and this one is great. 1) It is a smaller space that is almost built like a little town, which was wonderful for meeting up with our small group, making connections with the staff, etc. and also keeping tabs on our little one (four). 2) the entertainment was the best I've experienced (think aerial shows, traditional dancers, etc.) 3) The service was wonderful - I would like to specifically speak about Edgar (hospitality, leadership, initiative, intuition), Lorenzo, Omar Can, Giselle (patient, energetic, kind, makes a great connection), Benito (common courtesy, makes a great connection), Reyes, Cristian (best espresso martini) and Elicio. My only "complaint" is that the rooms are a little dated; however, the staff did a wonderful job of keeping them clean/stocked.

Apr 25, 2025"Relaxing Stay at Dreams Tulum with Room for Improvement
Dreams Tulum was a great choice for an entry-level luxury experience. The food at some of the restaurants stood out—Seaside Grill for dinner had fantastic flavors, and I especially loved the omelette grill at World Café for breakfast. The swim-up bar was a nice touch, providing a relaxing vibe throughout the day. Shoutout to Marco and Gilberto, who always served great drinks and made sure we had a good time. The grounds were beautiful, and I enjoyed walking around, exploring the property. The resort’s layout and landscaping added to the overall relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. However, there were a few areas for improvement. Our room wasn’t ready for over an hour after check-in, which was frustrating. We also encountered an issue with water service—despite requesting it, we never received it one day. Additionally, the restaurant reservation feature on the app didn’t always work, which caused some inconvenience. Despite these hiccups, the resort offered a solid experience. It was a great place to relax and enjoy a luxury vacation, though there were a few minor service issues. I’d be interested in exploring some of their higher-tier resorts to compare experiences in the future.

amazing stay at Dreams Tulum Resorts & Spa
We had an absolutely amazing time at Dreams Tulum Resorts & Spa! Everything was truly perfect from start to finish. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, a gorgeous beach, and a relaxed, tropical vibe that made it easy to unwind right away. The food was fantastic across the board. Whether it was breakfast or a romantic dinner at one of the restaurants, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There was a great variety of options, so we never got bored—and we definitely never went hungry! The staff were so warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile and eager to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Karla, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared that we were having a great experience. You can tell she really loves what she does! We can’t wait to come back. Dreams Tulum is truly a little slice of paradise! 🌴🌞

Such a great resort! Angel and Erick are amazing, the vibes are great, food is excellent. So many options everyday for food, activities, and relaxing! 10/10 recommend! Shoutout again to Angel and Erick!! The service here is great and after day 1 people will know you by your first name!

We love Dreams 🐚
Our vacation was truly amazing, especially because of Rony on the activities team. He managed to get all of my five teenage boys on the dance floor for the silent disco for the entire night. Rony also informed me of a Myan ceremony that I was able to join. We felt as though we had a new friend and are enjoying this resort the best out of our many travels.
