Reslly good hotel, food was delicious, service was excellent and entertainment made our stay comfortable for all family members. I took tennis clases with Oracio, great teacher and saw improvement really fast. Make sure you ask for all the available restaurants on the hotel for you to program yourself.

One of the best all inclusive stays!
One of the best all inclusive experiences we had had. The views at the resort are stunning with easy access to the beachfront which was fabulous. The layout of the resort is pretty easy and you can feel at home from day 1. There are three decently sized pools to soak up the sun and lounge with a drink. The restaurant options are plenty to keep experiencing a new cuisine for up to a week and the entertainment team is a blast. If tulum is on your radar, I would definitely recommend keep Dreams tulum as a great option for your holidays!

All around variety for family with fantastic buffet
Dreams Tulum iss a very family friendly resort. We did Preferred Club, which gave us ready access to more than just a concierge and expedited checking. The all.inclusive snacks, including bar, smoothies, ice cream, burgers and fries are spread out conveniently and fairly high quality. The World Cafe buffet is massive and full.of local and international variety, very freshly prepared. Great option for families who might need local seafood AND chicken tenders! Most staff spoke great English, and they were very happy to let me practice my Spanish. Nightly famiky entertainment was fairly top notch: dance shows, musicians, acrobatic shows. Beach is Dreams' low spot, as it is very rocky with a relatively small.cordoned off area for swimming, and even that had sharp rocks.

I had written an earlier review because the resort is truly lovely, however I need to warn visitors that the hotel offers a free shopping tour to a jewelry store, tequila store and Playa del Carmen. DON’T fall for it! It’s a total scam. High pressure salespeople at both stores. I unfortunately bought pearls and suspected when I got them home they were not authentic. Shame on me. The hotel would do well to eliminate this offering.

Great resort, great service the GREATEST ENTERTAINMENT TEAM!!
Resort is beautiful. Great service at the restaurant! Special shoutout to Edgar. There were mornings we could have just ordered room service but starting our day with breakfast at the restaurant knowing we would have Edgar as are server got us out of our room! They also have the best entertainment team. My two year old son (DeAvión) wanted to do whatever activity they had from Mexican bingo, water Zumba to the silent disco. Special shout outs to Ricky, Paola and Eric for showing our family so much love!!!
