Not at Hyatt standards
The resort is dated. The rooms have not been updated . The shower leaks to the rest of the bathroom. House keeping does the minimal amount of work. Food quality is average. Shows are poor and basic. Beach area is not well laid out. Sellers are allowed to walk through the lounge chairs although they were very polite

Very nice resort but cold pools
The room was really nice. All the staff were excellent! The food and drinks were delicious! We really enjoyed the entertainment. The only downside were the pools were very cold. The weather was chilly but when the sun did shine, it warmed them up some. The Jacuzzi was warmer but it is an adults only so the kids wanted to be in there too. You cannot blame them for wanting to be warm too! They were periodically asked to vacate.

Day Pass - excellent service
We came here just for one day as a Day Pass (didn't stay overnight). We had a FANTASTIC experience. Awesome pools, nice beach. Plenty of loungers, plenty of towels. Food and drinks were great. But most impressive was the SERVICE! The workers were all so genuinely nice and accommodating. I accidentally left my camera in the poolside bathroom. When I realized a few minutes later and returned to look for it, it was gone. I approached poolside manager Christian (white shirt) and explained the situation and asked about a Lost and Found. He got on his radio immediately and tracked it down and delivered it back to me in minutes. It was astounding service, and I am so grateful. We will return some day for a longer stay. Thank you!

Don’t look any further!
I’ve been to many all-inclusive resorts and this one tops them all. I’m still here till Sunday and looking forward to three more days in paradise. The friendly staff really do go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Many aspects of this resort combine to make it a 5 star: the recreation staff, the nightly shows, the timely room service, the wait staff, the bartenders, concierge staff (shoutout to Ricardo), the abundance of chairs and towels at the pool, the restaurants and the fact that reservations are not needed, the surprise evening room refresh service and birthday treat, the yoga and pool aerobics daily, mixology and cooking classes and many other small but important touches like bathrobes, slippers, a beach bag in the room and no need to wear an uncomfortable resort bracelet. I’ve never been to the same resort twice but I will come back here. Thank you Dreams for a beautiful vacation.

JOEL IS THE BEST
Joel is the greatest guy in the whole universe, they need to give this guy a GIGANTIC raise. Best place I’ve been to in Mexico by far; we will back. He showed us around the whole place and made sure we felt right at home the entire time. Omar is pretty great too! He made sure our drinks stayed full until the very end. We recommend this place!!!!
